Board Member

Les James has worked in the energy industry for more than 20 years both in the field and at the corporate level. The successes he achieved and the friendships he developed during this time provided a foundation for his subsequent ventures in the entertainment business as both a producer and actor.

Les has enjoyed quality cigars for almost 25 years and is a member of Club Humidor and The Hemmingway, and it is his appreciation of quality and luxury that has drawn him to join the advisory board of VBC Cigars. As a member of the board, Mr. James will endeavor to ensure that the products offered by VBC Cigars continue to represent the very best that the industry has to offer.

Shawn Gilman

Director of Global Operations

Shawn Gilman is an integral part of the senior management team for the international expansion of our line of fine products. She is responsible for overseeing the international development and growth agenda, international activities, global partnerships, and diplomatic delegations.

Prior to becoming the Director of Global Operations for VBC Cigars she has been a successful business owner and involved in project management, operations and cooperative project agreements and has an impressive ability to build strategic relationships and partnerships.

Irene P. Boylan

Managing Partner

Irene P. Boylan is a Managing Partner of VBC Cigars.  She is a native to Las Vegas, Nevada. Irene has more than 13 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent and five years of cigar industry experience. She will apply her extensive knowledge to the VBC Cigars brand to help guide its future growth. She currently sits on the board of the Community Development Advisory Committee for the City of Henderson, Nevada. She is passionate about helping others and her community.

Jeanette Khoushaba

Global Sales

Jeanette Khoushaba comes to VBC cigars with 17 years of sales and customer service experience. She will work with our sales force to establish the company’s position in the United States and break into markets in other parts of the world.

Jeanette has used her extraordinary communication skills to achieve success in her career, and we expect that she will put these talents to good use for VBC Cigars.
