These are the layers that make up a VBC cigar and each has a very important job to do. Only the finest tobacco leaves are used to make the filler as this is the part of a cigar that delivers its unique taste. Sturdier leaves are chosen for use as binders as they will be wrapped around the filler tobacco and must hold the cigar together.
